Join us for this half-day course where we will learn how to use meditation, and the practice of patient acceptance, to make our mind calm and peaceful no matter what is going on around us. With an authentic mind of patience, it is possible to grow and actually develop happiness from situations that previously would have made us angry, depressed or upset. By bringing this practice into our everyday life we will be able to solve all our daily problems and remain peaceful even amidst the most busy and challenging situations of modern life. If we are seriously interested in solving our daily problems, progressing along the spiritual path, or simply becoming a bit calmer, there is no practice more important than this.
