Four Great Fires – Beltane Mens’ Retreat

The retreat will be themed around the element of Earth and what this symbolises in ourselves as well as our lives. We will also be marking the festival of Beltane; the next spoke in the wheel of the year – observing the beginning of summer and the midway point between the spring equinox and summer solstice.
Expect another fire and cacao ceremony plus a range of similar activities including group work, sauna, ice baths, meditation, breath-work and energy balancing.
